PayPal Mass Pay
How to make mass pay with PayPal ?
First question is, what is the difference between normal payment and mass pay?
If you send money with normal payment method, the recipient will get some fee. For example you send US$ 50 to a user. The recipient will receive less than US$ 50, say US$ 48.5.
But if you send money with mass pay, the recipient will not get that fee. But it is you who will pay the fee and the transaction fee is only US $1 max, no matter you make $10 payment, $100 payment, or $1000 payment.
To make a mass pay payment, you must have a balance in your PayPal account. You can not use credit card to make a mass pay payment.
